Horrible All Around Experience - U-Haul truck rental

I reserved a truck and trailer online. Then I chatted with a rep. Online as I had some questions, and she stated that the original quote was wrong. Then she stated that she was going to place a note in the system so they would honor the original quote. The town next to me called me a couple hours later saying I would need to pick up there (30 miles round trip at. 39 a mile, of course they are going to charge for not honoring my original location request). Then I show up (what else can I do when they change the location last minute), and the guy gives me a whole new quote. I make sure he writes everything down, as I have no confidence at this point. Now I get a bill saying it was 94.95 or the first 75 miles not 100 like the guy placed on my bill that I signed. I call and he says he cant do anything as he thought it was 100 miles. So I had to call Headquarters, and now some manager in Baltimore is looking into it. GO TO BUDGET or elsewhere. Do not reserve from U-Haul, you can bet one thing, you willlll be dissapointed.
