We purchased a timeshare rental for 10 days in Maui at the Marriott Maui Ocean Club through website timesharerentals.com; we paid her through paypal. I paid 1500.00 and my son paid 1000.00 for a total of 2500.00. We received a rental agreement & booking form and were in contact with her via emails. No contact by phone was ever made. We sent her the total balance two weeks ago and have not yet received confirmation of our booking. She twice stated that she's been busy or other excuses but has not complied. Two ago she stated on email that there was an accident at the renovation office and she will get us the confirmation paperwork a couple days ago and have not heard from her. On the rental agreement form it has a phone number 940-603-0824 - we called the number and it's no longer in service. We googled that phone number and it comes up as a scan timeshare rental.
