I received my phone 2 weeks ago. It worked for 2 days and has not worked since. I called the company and was told I had used the 250 minutes. I believe this is incorrect. I spoke to a rep on the phone she said I could pull up my account on line and see the minutes used. I cannot find my account. Can you help?
