I am going to file a complaint with the state of Arizona to make sure this company doesn't milk the system out of state funds for the poor. I signed up for a phone for disabled people and have not yet received anything but an e-mail letting me know I was approved for the free phone with 250 minutes. No phone. But I'd bet my life these crook are going to bill the state of Arizona each month and if they do. I hope the state attorney general goes after them for fraud. This company sucks big time...
