Beware of dealing with Dream Homes USA/Four Seasons in Belvidere, IL. Unfortunately, my 73 year old mother and 80 year old stepfather recently became involved with this organization.

They signed an agreement, contingent on selling their house. The sale did not go through and they asked for their deposit back and were told they company will not mail a check to them.instead, my mom got more high pressure sales pitches on the phone.

My mom has heart problems and two artificial knees. My stepfather is legally blind. The 100 mile trip is an unnecessary hardship for them.

I called and spoke to Karma, the owner, to ask her nicely to make an exception. She made all kinds of excuses and finally flat refused to mail a check. The only reason they want my mom to come in person is so they can pressure her all over again. These people are preying on senior citizens. Shame on them.
