Ordered two lots of flowers for mother's day, one for my Mum, one for a dear friend. They didn't arrive on Mother's day... Or the next day... I asked for a refund and they said no, it was a busy day (So don't take more orders than you can handle!) The Gold Coast is listed as one of their major delivery areas too. I asked for a refund before they'd even dispatched the flowers - they have no excuse not to send me a refund but they sent me a 15% discount voucher - as if I'd ever use them agin! Pathetic!
