I Order some flowers to be deliver before mothers day at Puerto Rico. The money was taken away out my acct. I notice there was no confirmation of a email i called to see why they never send me a confirmation by email. They said withing 2 hours i did waited and nothing yet. I waited until the next day for the flowers to be delivered and nothing. Until this day on Monday 13 nothing. No call no delivery. I need to claim my refund. How sad and such embarrassment and how people can get away with stilling from others.
