Placed an order for a Canon T4i and extras for $850, including express postage.

I was contacted the next day and the consultant tried to up sell me to an extra battery. I refused and confirmed that the order was good to go.

I then contacted them 5 business days later - although the package was due that day, the consultant confirmed that the package would arrive Friday - 2 days later.

Now the following Monday, I contact them to find that they have a 'backlog'. The package will not be sent for another 2-3 weeks. They are 'sorry for the delay'.

The phone operator claimed to be a manager AND the complaints department. He was rude and condescending. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

He has confirmed that no money has been taken out of my bank account - I have as yet been able to confirm that.
