As with others on this site I responded to a free trial offer for £1.99. There is nowhere on the site that states if you dont cancel it you will be charged £84 for it. They then took another £83.00 2 weeks later and a further £83 pounds last week. My bank contacted me about another transaction on my account and this was a payment they asked me about as part odf their security checks. Thank goodness thay did.
I rang the contact details on the site and after many attempts got through after hanging on the line for over 30 mins. The American voiuce told me to read the terms and conditions and that I was too late to cancel. When I said that I hadnt even received further product she said they had been despatched therefore the charge was valid.
Who apart from the wealthy would pay £250.00 for a face cream. This has managed to give me wrinkles with worry over losing what to me is quite a lot of money. These people should be stopped as the terms and conditions are well hidden at the base of the site and they are preying on people who dont have time to read all the t&Cs.
