Same complaint as previous lady Carole. First time ever responded to something like this and only because I trusted it as it was mentioned in an article about channel 4. I ordered the trial supply of lipo slim £2.97 99p and Natural Cleanse £2.95 99p after submitting the order, it then appeared in small print that after 21 days $79.99 (USD) would be taken from account, ouch help what have I done! I tried to contact there customer support by email an hour later, but form would not summit. The next day I tried to phone the telephone number they suppled. No luck. Tried various numbers. One answering machine came on saying it was GreenCopyProductsDietSupport.com, I tried this still no luck. I then contacted my bank and explained the situation. My order arrived sat 4th May and they took two payment from my account on 8th May each payment £79.99. There was a slip in with the order with telephone number 001 866 788 0099, and I managed to get through to someone and complaint, they gave me a Cancellation code and said they would refund money (goodness knows how much the telephone call will be and if they do refund). I contacted my bank again and they have been very helpful. Matter of waiting to see what happens and keeping an eye on bank account. Good luck to all of you who have innocently thought they were just buying a trial size of a product.
