I ordered both products after reading a Facebook article on the understanding that I would get a 31 day free trial.
I received a billing advice for both products on 12 April advising me that the 21 (yes twenty one) day free trial ended that day 12/4.

I did not receive the free trial goods until 17 April and am therefore unable to use the 21 day free trial and make cancellation inside the free trial peroid. To make cancellation I am advised to call a Skype number which I can't do, nor can I contact them via their support email addresses.

They did take £158 by direct debit using the ddm details given to them in order to pay for the original postage costs, circa £2 to £3.

I have asked my credit card company to cancel any further ddm payment requests and will try to make contact with Worldwide Capital Ltd in order to make cancellation.

Barclaycard were able to advise me that the UK telephone number for Worldwide Capital Ltd is 0757040403667 and that they are based in Hackney, London. This number does not exist.

I would appreciate any advice or support in respect of recovering the £158 I regard as obtained by criminal deception
