In less than four days they want my 91 year old grandfather to pay $163.90, to send it immediately. Hhe has already informed me that he has already sent twenty dollars. This letter came certified. This is so cruel, what is this company trying to do give my 91 byear old grandfather a heartache. "this is cruel - amp;- a scheme"
