I ordered a trial of Equinox on April 26. I had no understanding of the 14 day return policy. I didn't get the chance to try it even for a week before my bank was charged 99.00. I tried calling them, but they wouldn't listen. I have only my social security to live on and would never spend $99.00 of money I don't have on face cream. Please tell me you can help.
