Extreme Green Tea
Wrong item, Product not received, Bad customer service, Refuse refund

I ordered Extreme Green Tea 14 day free trial for $3.95 S&H. The product was supposed to be 30 packets of powdered green tea, but what came in mail was a bottle of some kind of capsules. I called the customer service so many times, but the line was either busy or got dropped as soon as connected. On the 16th day, after being on the phone for 3 hours, I finally got to talk to someone. I told the guy that's not what I ordered, but he insisted that I was the one who asked for the product. The website only shows green tea powder in packets; there are no other products displayed anywhere. I even didn't know they had capsules; how could I order something I didn't know of? I asked the guy where I could find the capsule product in the website; he couldn't give me a straight answer. Since the 14 day trial was already up, they had charged $89.31 for the next month supply. I told him that I even didn't get to try what I wanted, so I just wanted to cancel my account and get my money back. Of course he rejected my request, and he also told me that another capsules are already on the way! I hate to swallow capsules. That's why I wanted powered product that can be dissolved in water. I want to DRINK green tea, not to SWALLOW! After a long talk he said, with disgusted voice, he would send me the powder kind with no extra charge. 4 days later the capsules arrived. It's been more than 3 weeks by now, but I haven't seen the stuff that I actually ordered. Needless to say I can't get hold of anyone from the customer service.
