Miscellaneous

A woman from this company called with good news about my account. Something about they will cut my payment schedule off after 3 more payments of $29.95. I said I only pay $25.00 a month with my current service. She asked if this would be good for me. I relented and agreed to the monthly charge, since I had only 3 more payments (the good news). She then transferred me to a male who would record the agreement. When I realized he might not be from my current magazine service, he had the BOLD audacity to tell me he was the distributor for my current magazine. When he said my 1st payment would be in May, I told him I had already paid for May, he said he would make sure my first payment would be in June. I got charged that day and called for resolution. My file had not yet appeared in their system. She said tomorrow I could call back. I called again, and was told until I get my packet, they won't be able to refund the $29.95. I plan to file a dispute with my bank and may pay for them to block future charges @ a cost of $30.00.
