This woman named Cindy West approved a loan for 10000 for me but i was to send 3 months payment to a Kevin Parker in Toronto Ontario Canada she sent me the loan agreement ant i sighned the papers and sent the money ($641) she then told me that the money would be in my account within 4 hours, that did not happen and i have not been able to reach her i will not see my money or wi not get a refund it might be time to get a laywer involved
