Rip-off! New computer, credit card, digital camera

This happened to my friend. A guy called and told her about a credit card, new gateway computer, and digital camera. She told the guy she didnt know and to call her back later. They wanted 350.00 by Dec. 15. He he called her back she was driving down the road and the guy was geiving her more details about the order. He asked her she had a paper and pen MANY of times, she repeated I'm driving right now call me back later, call me back later, like 5 times she had to repeat her self. He finally gave up when the person she was with got in a car accident. And she said

He then let her go. He called her back the next day. And she then told me. I do not want to do this. I cant do this. Please take my name off. Well then it was over with until Dec. 17 she woke up to find 350.00 taken out of her account from First Link Benefits! She called them furious and the lady who answered the phone, said there was nothing they could do about it and that she gave them authorization to do this. She said no i didnt and put up a fight. The lady said that it only shows that they called my friend only once. They are a bunch of liars.

My friend then went to the bank to see if she can get a reversal... They are looking in to the situation. They need to be stop! They can't go on attacking people like this. Its unmoral. If you were to call them on their own time, and do the excat same to these people the would be in the same situation most people right now are in!!!
