I clicked on an offer via Facebook, I think Boots was mentioned so I thought it was in conjunction with Boots - for free set of face creams, paying £3.99 for the postage. I didn't open the creams when they arrived, just unpacked them. A few weeks later, I was charged £97.95 ($151.28) which I saw when checking my online banking. I rang the bank then rang the company and was told that as I hadn't opened the creams I could return them for a full refund and the address to send them to would be emailed to me which it was, Israel and they offered me the creams for £49.95. I returned them yesterday and replied to the email saying I was as it said to let them know. Had an email this morning saying I had used the creams so I would not be entitled to a refund but could keep them for £69.95! If you scroll down the emails you can see where they were offered for £49.95, quite amusing! I replied referring to my conversation etc. Will wait to see if I get a refund!
