On April, 11 my vehicle was illegally towed from in front of my home at 4:56am, bt A& M Repair and Towing of Gaithersburg Md 20874, working as an agent for for Norbeck Hills Assoc? TMGA - Ruchita Patel, Mgr. The offices are located at 20440 Century Blvd., Germantown, Md 20874 The manager said she did not authorize the tow company to tow my car. I have a 2006 Lincoln Town car and it was towed improperly and damaged. I have emails from property management admitting the tow company admitted damages and illegal tow but I have yet to have money refunded.
