I ordered a starter kit for $4.99 then cancelled within two weeks I called the number attached to the debted amount and it had been disconnected. I then called a different e-cig co and a very nice employee ther googled Saphire for me and got me the # I called and spoke to Johnathan he said he would not cancel the $99.67 until I sent back the USED product although I already paid for that. I now am in dispute with my bank to get these charges reversed and im filing complaint with B.B. B as well. Saphires phone # is 1-800-560-8417 or 1-800-887-0175
