RIPOFF & False Advertising

I received a call in November offering a trial membership to the roadside service and ID monitor service. I was told that just for trying the service for 14 days I would receive a $200 Wal-Mart Gift Card. False... This was an out and out lie and a false advertising statement. I received my roadside packet but not the ID monitor packet. When the representitive "Christy" called me so that I could cancel my service, she stated that the packets went out at the same time and the Gift Card was, wouldn't you know it, in the ID Monitor packet. How convienient that that's the packet I never received.

If you receive a call from someone offering you a trial for this roadside service and ID monitoring service, don't hesitate... HANG UP ON THEM and quickly!!!
