This is an update to my previous complaint. After many, many telephone calls, e-mails and faxes to this company requesting my collateral payment be refunded and that someone talk with me about this situation, no one has still responded. I am in the process of attempting to secure the refund of my collateral payment, however, this may take some time. I did speak briefly a few days ago with a representative, Rodney Calder, who immediately hung up. I had sent $720.00 via Western Union as requested for collateral payment to a Sharmaine Bryan. To date, no one has returned any of my messages. Now, when you call this company, the line is constantly busy. I hope that no one else sends money to this company.
