I received a check from mr james wang made out to me with instructions on what to do the funds and paperwork received 2 days before. It included stamps and correspondence that required money orders to be included. I then mailed the receipts in the envelope provided i mailed out 2800 worth of money orders and was told the remaining amount was the loan i requested and in order for me to not a payment for two months to send two money orders for 500 each in the envelopes provided. On May 7th i received a notice from the bank that the check was returned
