I ordered a free trial for $4.95 on April 22nd 2013 I was informed that the product was a starter kit that I now owed $99.67
I told them I did not like the product and I wanted to return it so now I have to return the product pay additional shipping and handling and they will reimburse me $73.28 Minus two cartridges They say are worth $25.89. Two cartridges are worth $25.89!!! I had to go through my bank in order to reach somebody there. I will be returning the product today and will see if I'm even reimbursed the $73.20. The company is a scam!!! The product is worthless!!! Starter kits include 1 battery, 4 cartridges, a charger and USB port total cost $99.67 $4.95 for shipping and handling You paid just for trying their product out! Buyer beware the company is a scam and a complete ripoff!!!'
