Received the exact same phone call as everyone else. Voice mail, some kind of number, not able to get through when I pushed the buttons they listed. I've read through all of the scambook complaints and investigations. Obviously, they got their phone back on since May 1. I'm an attorney. If someone has filed suit against you, you will be served with papers and you will have 30 days to respond if not longer. You will receive a properly filed notice with a specific court and a specific docket number. It will be personally handed to you. These scammers seem like a shakedown for small change. Complain to the Michigan Attorney General's office.
