Quicken loan should be investigated. I got one lie after the other. I had to file a fraud complaint to get my deposit back. Good thing I had protection on my debit card. The rep was asking me questions that had the answers on the papers I sent to them. That told me they were not looking at my paper just the deposit they were getting.
