Quicken loan should be investigated I got one lie after the other. I had to file a fraud complaint to get my deposit back. Good thing I had protection on my debit card. The rep was asking me questions that had the answers on the papers I sent to them. That told me they were not looking at my paper just the deposit they were getting. I had no credit issues and the appraisal came in at almost twenty five thousand more than the loan I needed to pay the house off. They are smooth talkers and quick to take your hard earned money.
