If you have ordered a Free Trial pack then when it arrives DON'T OPEN IT because, once opened, they will charge you a ridiculous price for if. I think they mentioned £85!! We returned the product unopened, following their instructions meticulously. We have lost two lots of P&P which totals about £15. This is for a "Free Trial" we never even tried! If they take any money from my credit card I will sue them!
Total scammers. Should be closed down.
