Was having some problems with my computer; was contacted by this company, what a coinsidence; anyway they gave me a quote of about $60 to repair and good for a year... So I had to surrender my pc for couple hours, then everything was ok.
Then got my credit card bill for theabove amount; so I contacted them, guy answers and I complained to him about the charges, he told me to contact the number on my pc... He showed me how to get the phone number. So I called, long wait, no answer, so I redailed,,, THEN I realise, I'm calling the same number that I originally got from my credit card billing.
I called my credit card company; they said they couldn't do anything, because I didn't have any documentation. Everything was verbal or communicated on the pc, but not printed... Until I got my credit card bill!!!
