I have ordered cameras and equipment from many other online retailers. I tried AJrichies because they were advertising an incredibly low price for a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 compared to all other retailers. Should have known something didn't seem right. I placed the order 4/22 so it would get to me in time for Mother's Day. They claim all orders are processed within 3 business days. Well that came and went and I called them. They told me that they oversold the camera and were waiting to get some more into their warehouse in just a few days. Called again on 5/02 - they told me it was in and being shipped out. I didn't get a shipment confirmation the next day so I called again. They told me the same thing again - nothing again. Finally I called them on the morning of 5/06, at which time they told me the warehouse had shipped it out and I should be getting a confirmation tracking number. The day came and went and again nothing. I called them that evening and finally cancelled the order and ordered it through B&H Photo which cost $90 more. On top of it all, they were some of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in ordering anything online. I will never consider ordering anything from them again and will certainly never recommend them to anyone.
