Huge rip-off!

I just got finished submitting my concerns to fox2news detroit. I am a victim of this horrible scam that these horrible people are pulling right before the holidays! I can't believe the things that i've read about them on this sit. I tried about 2 weeks ago to locate a website or something in that regard and got no results, at least i can complain here to someone. Hopefully someone will help us!

FLB not only took my 354.90, but also told me that i had authorized two accounts and tried to take more money out by trying the check 3 times, which left me with a overdraft fee twice on my checking account! I have been trying to reach someone for the past 2 weeks, i've taken names such as George, Isabella, and Mary Anson. With Mr. Schmire as the supervisor, who always seems to get messages from me but i have yet to recieve a call from him or the accounting department who is supposed to be investigating my account. I am so fed up and i don't know what to do about it.
