I have never had a loan with this company, this is the 2nd of 3 withdrawals from my account in the last few months that look like they are all from the same parent company. The same contact # is on all of them 775-200-1525. Call them and they will try to "help" you themselves and will not direct you to a manager. They tell you to call back when you are ready to be helped. This particular withdrawal over drafted my account, so not only did they charge me $33, but i then had a $33 Overdraft fee from my bank. Telling them to stop charging you doesnt help, you will have to close your account. I have had this account for 7 or 8 years.
