I ordered what was supposed to be free samples of facial products only to pay shipping and handling of 2.99 which was taken out of my checking account. Nothing was stated about being charged another amount later. I received another package in the mail a week ago with the same thing I received fereor a free sample. There was a bill inside for 97.88. I returned the package stating I did not order anymore. I did not hear anything from them. I recently got my bank statement showing they had deducted this amount without my approval or knowledge. I would like to know how to handle this? Thanks!
