I was called several times, threatened that there was a warrant for my arrest and that the recent payday quick advance loan I got I was in breach of contract and I either had to settle the amount in 30 min for $650 or I would be arrested and spend 3-6, months in jail. I was unable to meet the time restraint and got very anxious and worried I had never done a quick advance loan and didn't know this was a scam. He then called back and said I didn't make it in time and I needed to send $1300 this continued bc he kept saying within thirty min the next morning after being sick all nights with nerves he said the company would be refunding me all the funds bc I did not meet the time frame he said they would give me one more shot, I had just lost my job and the last thing I needed was to tell my parents I was going to jail so I followed his commands. Then it was $3584 he asked for. Then stating the cards weren't activated and demanded $55000? Which didn’t' meet the needs again. Now I am freaked out have no money left and just want this over. He then had a police officer call me and threaten me and someone inpersonating Bank of America stating my account was going to be frozen. I contacted the local police and bank and was freaking out this man had wiped me clean. The number he called from was 415-952-7351 and 415-848-5967
