I had callewd corporate office and had spoken to Gay Lynn regarding a coupon I had for $169.00 fron Kevi Jones. Exlained that Kevin Jones was not in my county. Ms. Lynn gave me the phone # for Greenfield ChemDry. Called Greenfield KemmDry and spoke to Mike. Mike said he would hono the 5 room special for $169.00 as long as the room were not bigger tha 250 sq. Footage. If room were bigger, I would have to pay the difference. I agreed to those terms and the apptointment was cheduled for Apri 4th beteween 10:30am-12:30pm. Received phone call at 11:10am from the technician stating he was running late and would be at my home in 20 minutes. I waited until 12:00 noon, but had to go to work. I asked my fiancee to please stay home for Chem Dry. Technician showed up at 12:30pm. He checked and measures room and said he could only do the downstairs which consists of three roms for $119.00 plus the price of the stairs. My fiancee agree. Once done, he said his price was $337.00. My fiancee called me stating the technician had changed his price and he didn't know what to do. I told him I'd be home in 10 minutes. When I got home, the technician was screeming demanding payment for $337.00. I told the technician that was not what we had agreed upon and I was willing to pay $119.00 plus $65.00 total. The technician continue to get loud demanding payment for $337.00 I didn't know wht to do. He was harrassing us and the neighbors could hear his screems. I told the technician I was willing to pay what we had promised to pay, but nothing more. The technician continued to screem. I once again told the technician I didn't appreciate his inappropriate behavior and that I was willing to pay the price he had quoted. The technician left and sat in his van in my driveway. I call 911 and was told this is a civil case and that a sherriff officer would come to my house. The technician left and then I got a phone call from Scott Simmons arguing about me not wanting to pay and demanding my credit card #. I explained myself to r Scott Simmons several times, but he would not hear me out and continued to say that I had to pay $337.00. After trying to reason with him for more than 20 minutes, I decided to hang up. The sheriff from New Castle showed up to my house and said I didn't have to pay anything since I didn't have a bill from ChemDry and that I should file a claim against ChemDry.
