Worked for Michael Kennedy for 2 weeks at 13.00per hour (overtime after 40 hrs.) After repeated requests for wages due, with nothing but delays/excuses I terminated employement. It turns out that he has done this to several others. It is well known in the 1099 painting business that he makes a habit of cheating others. There have been several complaints to the state, but he always lies his way out of any enforcement.
