I ordered what I thought was a sample cream for 4.95, and when my bank account came in there was a 99.00 charge to skin beauties. I called and was told by a guy that said his name was Jack and that he was the manager, I could barley understand him, but was told that I had to have canceled my order within 10 days. I tried to tell him that I did not order any thing, but he insisted that I had 10 days to cancel. I finally got him to give me a 30.00 refund to my account, but that is not 99.00.
