Ordered a free trial and recieved it 7 days later. No invoice or paper work in the box. Was charged 7 days later even though they don't tell you how to get a hold of them to cancel. Found thier phone number and was told they do not give refunds even though you don't have enough time to test product to know if you like it or it works. Manager (Andrew) called my wife stupid for not reading the terms and conditions and therefore was not giving her a refund. People like this need to be stopped. After becoming furious with him because of his comments about my wife and him telling me about 10 times no refund, he says have a nice day sir.
