My 82 year old father was contacted by this company for magazine sales. After obtaining his credit card number, they proceeded to order at least seven magazines he did not purchase. I stopped his ATM card. They are now threatening to sue for damages. I found the owner on Linkedin, Elliott Smith. None of the websites are truly operational. They are not listed as BBB accredited, they do not have a corporate entity in California after checking the State website. They do not answer their phone or return phone calls. They represented that a Paul Weinstein is their attorney but I do not find him on the State Bar website, nor will they provide the information. I have reported them to the Attorney General's office.
