After signing up for a free trial, I suddenly found myself being charged for 2 years service in advance. This also overdrew my bank account and despite 4 contacts with the company, the reps just told me that no one there had the authority to credit the money back to my account. Every one made offers of free service, yet despite my protests no one would attempt a refund.
