Got a call from Goodman &Stern. Person who call was a Mary Anderson. She states that I had a bill from Capital One. Need to make a rrangement to pay the credit card bill. I made a payment in the Amount of 250.00 for the past months. I had missed one payment Ms. Anderson call me and told me make a both payments. Now since I have only 2 payments left. Imissed this payment and now they want to send me to civil court. Stating that I will have to pay all court costs. All the money I paid so far will be lost thats $1000.00. Please help me in ths matter and if this a true company.
