Received a call from "Chris Williams" saying I made a commitment by telephone for a lifetime Forbes Magazine subscription on April 25. He said he worked for Publishers Service Office, 167 N. Main ST. Los angeles, Ca. 86701. When I said I had not agreed to any Forbes subscription he would not back off - said he could reduce the lifetime to a 5 year subscription for only $399. He had the last 4 numbers of my credit card, and wanted to verify my credit card and mailing address. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and put me on hold, then hung up. I then began searching for Purchasers Service Office, and found your site.
