10 unauthorized charges made in the U. K posted to my checking account, this was reported immediately to the bank and the bank assumed no responsibility and failed to assist me in the matter.
A investigation was done and determined based on ONE merchant, however several merchants were in my dispute. A decision was also made before all disputes were entered. The bank failed to supply documentation or verification for any other charges. A full investigation was no completed and I personally called the merchants who refused to release any information.
My account was compromised freely and the bank failed to take action or reimburse any money.
