I too took a survey and recieved a pair of ear rings after paying shipping charges of $9.99, then noticed on my bank statement a charge of $98.00, I called 1-866-208-0269, and was told the ear rings were free for 14 days, and if not returned with in those 14 days I was charged $98.00, the person I (talked to said this was in the contract of the survey, I don't remember seeing anything like this.
