Ordered 'samples' from an ad that popped up by Facebook page... To pay only shipping. "Samples" arrived about 3 1/2 weeks later. Product okay, but certainly does not do promised results! Received my Visa bill on May 1 and find that on April 9th they billed me the equivalent of an additional #89.99 USD for each of the two products. Could not find their 'ad' on my facebook page & apparently the time to 'cancel' or ask for return had passed before I even received the product!!!
A scam for sure!!!
I called them today & have the name & agent #, etc. For the people at the end of the phone number found on the papers that came with my product 'samples'. They have cancelled my account now. Is there any way to recover the charges to my Visa card???
