I Brought my 3 pound Chihuahua in to Cornerstone Animal Hospital on Appleby Line and Dundas Street in Burlington ON on April 29 for his rabies shot. WAS THIS EVER A BIG MISTAKE!!! As any chihuahua owner knows, they can be somewhat protective, AS ANY VET WILL TELL YOU, COMMON SENSE RIGHT? Well NO, they took my 3 pound chihuahua to the back room to give him his needle, and in the waiting room I heard the MOST DISTURBING SCREAM from my dog like someone was beating him, so I stormed through the back room to find the FAT VET TECHNICIAN STRANGLING my 3 pound chihuahua. I mean LITERALLY, I saw her with my own eyes with her FAT HANDS around my dogs neck SQUEEZING his neck tight and I looked at him to see he was STRANGLED SO BAD that he was FOAMING at the mouth. I started to scream at the vet tech and all this was happening right in front of Dr. Nina Honda like this was normal practice. I started going off on both vets that were there and the vet tech as they were stunned that I barged to the back room and caught them doing this to my 3 pound chihuahua. Since his shots were prepaid NO REFUNDS from cornerstone animal hospital. They also are aware my dog has a SEIZURES condition and treated my dog so inhumanely. Please everyone in burlington ontario, do not take your dog to this veterinarian as they do mean cruel things to the animals behind closed doors. Its very unfortunate that these poor animals cannot voice the cruelty that these SCUMBAG VETS mistreat our pet family members. They have no respect or sense of care for your pets. This VETERINARIAN should be shut down for abuse of my animal and potentially ABUSE of many more of your pets. Be very careful to leave your pet with these COLD HEARTED VETS. After giving the VET my piece of my mind, she kept apologizing to me and saying 'sorry' she's apologizes but YA, SHES JUST SAYING 'SORRY' BECAUSE SHE GOT 'CAUGHT' ABUSING MY 3 POUND CHIHUAHUA. Like really CORNERSTONE ANIMAL HOSPITAL Vets needed to CHOKE my 3 pound chihuahua to give him a needle? Like really, like he's some big bad wolf about to eat there heads off, that the 250 pound Vet Technician girl had to choke my 3 pound chihuahua.

Please avoid taking your dog to cornerstone animal hospital at 2500 appleby line burlington ontario they do not treat the pets with love or care, god only knows how many more of our pets were abused under there care. My dogs are like my children, they are my life, and i know so many others feel the same about there pets, so please do not take your loving pets to this clinic

I want a full refund of my money from cornerstone animal hospital for the services i prepaid for.

Anyone else have any mistreatment from this vet please post your comments so that others can be prewarned about there cruelty to our pets.
