Miscellaneous

My complaint: / (800) 558-0064/ I contacted them to apply for a short term loan; therefore, it did not seem strange to me that they should ask for all my banking information. I gave them everything they asked for including my debit card number so that they could withdraw their payments to service the loan. A charge from them showed up on my Internet Bank, E*TRADE Financial the next day for $29.95; and, I complained to them demanding the return of the money. Their responses became increasingly curt and arrogant maintaining that when I gave them the banking information I agreed for them to do this. At one point they denied having done it, which was easily disproved. I complained to my bank who is sending me "fraud dispute" papers even though the sum is a piddling $29.95; the principle is overwhelming. They have weedled around every avenue they can generate, anything but return the money. Their last letter assured me that they would not further debit my account! They have not returned the money yet. They are not of a mind to return the money. They have such a long history of getting away with it attested to by so many victims that they feel above the law and common decency.

Respectfully,

Jeremy D. Wilson
