This person filed my taxes with turbo tax this year. Someone somehow permitted her to get a new card and allowed her to access my refund account. I cant get into my file to even see exactly when and thru what bank this occurred. Im exstemely mad at whomwever let this happen when its a woman that has stolen my hard earned money. I need help to bring all persons involved to justice. Im really having a hard time with this cause above all else im broke and really homeless. Please help me.
