We own a Hair Salon in Roslyn, NY. The air conditioning is very important for us. We have called on this company over and over and had them service one of our units multiple times. The invoices always indicate there was a different problem everytime, always costing hundreds to thousands of dollars. Within a month we would have to call them back. The last visit we were told that the gas was being stolen out of unit and it also needed to be refilled with freon.

Today a new repair company came and said there is a very noticeable leak and that is the problem clear as day. They are also reporting the company to better business bureau.

We would like our money back and need your help.
