I ordered two packages of brazilian weave, 14 and 16 inches and received two completely different types of hair and colors as well. Have been trying to call them since the Saturday that I received the package, but the "line is temporarily out of service" EVERY TIME. Plus, I've emailed and they wrote me back the next morning, however it was brief and didn't address my issues at all. I am highly upset with them at this point and would just like my money back so I can be done with them forever.
