I received a voice mail stating I was being sued for financial fraud and going to have my wages and assets garnished for a CC from 2008 a visa classic that I do not remember having. I called back and spoke to a Mr. Kross, who had my address my full name which I do not use. They scared me into contacting them i did only get a recording till finally a human Mr Kross answered, I could hear in the background another gentlmen with poor english grammer speaking to what I assume another victim telling them the same story that someone was being sued and they are about to be served with a supoena but that their company can help, Yeah Right. I reported them to the MI, Attorney Generals office (I suggest everyone does) www.michigan. Gov/AG they already have complaints from others in regards to this company, I found an address on line for them 615 Griswald Street Suite 726, Detroit Mi 48226. Not sure if it is a legit address or not
